George is the founder of the company in 2006, having previously served as Senior Surveyor and Technical Consultant since 1994. Presently, George is the CEO of the Firm, formulating strategy, expansion and long-term policy, representing the Firm at worldwide conferences and fora, where he is a frequent speaker and moderator.

Despite his enhanced managerial duties, George still gets involved in complex claims. He handles technical merits of disputes, in close cooperation with the most reputable legal Firms, and has testified as an expert witness before Courts and Arbitration hearings, having extensive experience in handling machinery failure investigations and complex casualties.

His academic background includes B.Sc. and M.Sc. Degrees in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and M.I.T. in U.S.A. George is a Member of the Hellenic Marine Technical Consultants Association and an Associate Member of the Association of Average Adjusters.
