George’s legal education began in the UK, culminating in an LLM in Maritime Law from the University of Cardiff. His career started in private practice, before moving to Royal Cruise Line, where he advanced from General Counsel to Managing Director. Building on this experience, George joined Attica as General Counsel and played an important part in several major milestones, including expanding into the Baltics and North Sea markets with Superfast and overseeing the acquisition of Blue Star Ferries.

In 2008, George embarked on a new chapter with Gard, establishing Gard Greece and has served as Managing Director ever since.
